At Braxton, you own your single family home, and the lot it stands on.  The one-story homes may be detached, or a cluster home, starting at approximately 1400 square feet with garages.  You may select from several models, all of which have been custom designed to adapt to the changing needs of residents.  Floor plans allow for easy access to all parts of your home.
     There are larger door openings, grab bars in baths, easy care gas firelogs, and excellent lighting.  Quality Whirlpool products such as Quiet-wash dishwashers and top-of-the line microwaves add to the convenience of daily living.  The Builder has even thought to put blocking in the wall for installation of additional grab bars in the future.
